Organized and ran by Con of the Lakes, U.A., 2023 is our 7th year. We are a small fundraising gaming convention based in Twin Lakes, WI. The convention will raise funds for local and state charities. 2024’s convention will benefit the My Home Stars

Con of the Lakes U.A. was formed in November 2017. The Association's goal is to provide charity to local and state chairties to help benefit the Southeast Wisconsin, Northeast Illinois area.
2024 Charity
As a 501(c)3 non-profit (# 92-3026694) My Home Stars was founded out of necessity as a result of Joel Baraka’s life experiences. Like thousands of other refugee children, Joel who grew up in Kyangwali Refugee Camp in Western Uganda, faced a hard time accessing quality learning resources while attending school in the camp. With a textbook-to-student ratio of 1:8, Joel mostly relied on teachers as the main if not only source of learning.
